Communicate the idea in clear easy to grasp ways
Thinks like a journalist with the basic questions in mind- Who, what, where, when, why and How. Consider answering these questions in your work.
Go over your work and make as many rewrites as you want until you get satisfactory work
Share your work with others and see what they think. Try including their suggestions.
